Dr. Jones, an alumna of OHSU, and completed her AEGD residency in Hilo, HI. Her extensive experience with braces and orthognathic surgery inspired her interest in dentistry. Choosing her current location on a whim, Dr. Jones enjoys diverse hobbies including baking, sewing, traveling, and driving her '65 Mustang. She occasionally steps in as a substitute teacher. Her pets add character to her life: Ace, who suffers from extreme car sickness, and Bear, known for his destructive cuteness and excitement-induced accidents. Chloey's motto, "Life is uncertain, eat dessert first," captures her vibrant, carefree attitude.

Dr. Bailey, who graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Biology, completed a residency in Augusta, Georgia. Intrigued by the practical application of scientific knowledge, he moved to the Rogue Valley, finding it an ideal place to raise his family and help people with their dental needs. Dr. Bailey enjoys exploring the world and is a family man with a wife, five children, and a cat. He takes pride in being part of a team that positively impacts patients' lives.

Dr. Phipps earned his DMD from Roseman University College of Dental Medicine. His interest in dentistry stems from a desire to help people, combining his love for science and hands-on work. Outside the office, Dr. Phipps enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, golfing, skiing, and embracing outdoor activities. He and his wife have a dog and cherish working with a collaborative team to improve lives.

Dr. Schiess graduated from Oklahoma University College of Dentistry. His interest in medicine and dentistry started in third grade. Settling in the Rogue Valley for its seasonal diversity, he enjoys movies, audiobooks, hiking, camping, baking, and church activities. Donald and his wife are blessed with four children, nine grandchildren, two dogs, and a cat.

Scott Murdock, a graduate of The Ohio State University, was inspired to become a dentist after recognizing the profound impact a confident smile can have on a person's life. Growing up in Northern Oregon, Scott and his wife sought a smaller community in Southern Oregon to raise their family, drawn to its access to nature and outdoor activities. Scott is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hiking, skiing, and activities on the river or coast. He is also passionate about endurance sports, including running, cycling, and participating in triathlons. Family is central to Scott's life, shared with his wife, three children, and their family dog. His dedication to dentistry is driven by his desire to enhance his patients' self-esteem and quality of life through their smiles.

Dr. Fowler graduated from Creighton University School of Dentistry with a degree in Exercise Science. His passion for healthcare began in childhood, and he was drawn to dentistry for its diverse impact on patients' lives. Born in Tualatin, Oregon, and raised in Idaho, Christian's family connections brought him back to Oregon. He maintains an active lifestyle, enjoys reading, cooking, and cherishes his relaxation time.

Dr. Mitchell received his dental degree (DMD) from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. His interest in dentistry was sparked by personal experiences with cavities during childhood, which led him to pursue a career where he could help others achieve better dental health. Dr. Mitchell is deeply connected to Southern Oregon, where he began his dental career. Outside of the office, Dr. Mitchell enjoys playing volleyball, tennis, and engaging in various sports activities. He is also a dedicated husband & father. His family brings joy and energy to his life.
